Digital Products Policy
As all products sold by The Employment Shop are digital downloads, all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once your purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

Issues with Your Order
If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your purchase or if you receive an incorrect file, please contact us at hello@theemploymentshop.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
